You Are Never Alone

If you're struggling with adversity there are always people or places that can help. Go to an adult or a friend that you can trust and talk about the challenges you are facing and dealing with. It is proven that if you talk about your feelings to somebody it takes away some of the stress and hard feelings that you have. If you are not comfortable talking to someone then you could start a diary and release your feelings that way. For a more serious situation you could see a counsellor or call the lifeline on 13 11 14.

You can also get help yourself by telling yourself that everything will be okay (because it will) or trying new things that help relax you and keep you mind of things.
